I really enjoyed this product, and it is hard to beat for the price. I only needed 1 of the racks so I was able to give one to a neighbor and they love it!Very sturdy design from what I can tell. Simple installation, just find a stud and mount it up, done in under 5 minutes. Can't recommend enough, takes up less space when not in use than the racks that go around the tires.

First, the good - this is a very well constructed bike hook. The materials are great, although the included screws are questionable for garages built to my local code that have double sheets of drywall in front of the studs. I really want to love this product, but I can't.First and foremost, those photos in the product description show a 4.5" width measurement for the hook, leading me to believe it should work with a 4" tire fat back. Words in the photos also indicate this works with fat bikes. Those measurements are wrong, and there is no way this will work with most fat bikes. The inside of the hooks I received are about 3 1/8", very well shy of 4.5" - there is no possible way to get the 4" fat bike on the hook.Second, there is a major design flaw. Because the hook freely swings from side to side, as you try to hook the wheel to the mount, the hook keeps swinging away from the wheel you are trying to hook. Maybe there is a trick to technique, I don't know, but it is terribly hard to get even a normal tire bike on the hook. As you try to hook the bike, the hook swings all over the place.Very frustrating.I want to love this product, but can't, and will be sending them back marked as inaccurate description. I can't remember the last time I have left a 1 star review for anything, so this saddens me a bit.9/5/2023 Update - the company has updated the product description to match the actual specs of the product, and removed the reference about working with fat bikes. Responsive and responsible company, I just wished the product worked for my bike as was indicated in the product description. Some mechanism (maybe a spring at the bottom of the hook shaft) to give some resistance from freely swinging side to side would help tremendously is ease of getting bikes on the hook.

Wall mount rack - does the job well. The swivel is a great feature as you can push the bike toward the wall for storage purposes out of the way. Sturdy, stable, easy to install and the extra plate for the rear tire is a necessary piece, prevent spike from swinging/wobbling side to side. Only issue - I would like more foam padding on the hook to better protect my carbon wheel rims. I added extra chink of foam from a water pipe foam cover for extra coverage on the hook that holds the bike tire. Would buy again

I've been shopping around and found this to be the best value by far on the market. The product itself works great, setup was easy, and it works perfectly. Overall top notch quality at a great price, can't beat it. Seller was great and very easy to work with as well.

Easy to install into a stud but the weight of the bike 1) causes the hook to list to the left and thus never hangs at 90° without a bunch of messing around with it; and 2) the nut on the hook chews into the wall. In all, comically bad design.

Really liked this product! Super easy to install. Definitely a space saver. Great quality and very sturdy. Will definitely get me another pair for the other bikes.

It is holding a 50# bike as I write this. It could be spring loaded at the hook to allow for easier mounting. A great buy at the price for two holders.

Sturdy product when properly installed, however it is definitely a two person job to get the bike on the hook. Since the hook pivots, which is nice for keeping the bike out of the way, the movement of the hook makes it extremely hard to place the bike tire on the hook.
