Q: Will theramit cover wrist area

It does with me. Internally approx. 21 cm from tip to cuff elastic. The filling can be shaken down towards the wrist area, and you can bend your fingers. Works well for me. A pillow over the mitt keeps it hot for longer.

Q: Are the men's thermamitt larger in size than the ladies?

Probably but the larger the better as you need as much space as possible to be able to do the hand exercises comfortably. There is unlikely to be much difference. I sometimes use mine instead of a hot water bottle as they not as heavy.

I don't know but the sex of the wearer makes no difference as the mitts are far larger than the hand size. The larger the better as you are expected to do your hand exercises in them and need the space for that. They are not divided into separate sections for the fingers and thumb having one large space for the hand. Even if you have small hands, I would go for the largest size. They are very good. They heat up in one minute in the microwave.

They stay very hot for about ten minutes but are still quite warm for an hour or so.
