Helps with muscle memory
The Power Trainer Pack is a nice tool for muscle strengthening and aiding muscle memory.Swing Max: The weight is just right, not too heavy, not too light. The diameter is just right at 3 inches. The design is very well thought.The sleeve seems to be small and tight for the oversized racket head (larger than 110 sq inch). If the plastic guard around the racket head is rough from scuffed marks, then the sleeve doesn't slide easily over the head. The threadwork and fabric may be subject to wear and tear after repeated use. Sliding the sleeve through the bottom side of the racket head through the handle seems to be a lot easier than slip through the top head guard side.
