The rear view camera and mirror arrived quickly and well packaged. I've put in a fair amount of these. What I noticed differently about this one is that the camera portion and the mirror mount is metal. You have the option of using the entire rear view mirror and replacing the one in your car, or placing it in front of your existing mirror. The replace option is the best and most aesthetically pleasing.Installation wen't pretty well. Standard for these is ignition switched 12v to the mirror. Another signal wire from the rear backup light harness, and 2 grounds. In order to hide the wires you'll need some know-how on taking apart your interior panels- or run it below the carpet and up the A-pillar.I was not expecting to have a good quality product at this price. I was surprised.And a pro-tip: When you have your camera aimed where you want it, apply clear silicone sealant to the joint around the camera so it doesn't move. Or else you'll be adjusting the camera so often it'll drive you crazy.

Installed this product on my Ford, and the item fit perfectly. The mirror mount was compatible with the existing bracket on my windshield. The camera has good definitions and I'm able to see well in the dark as well. Installation was straight forward, and the box had what was needed to install. I only use the reverse camera function, however there is a provision for another A/V input if you want to add somethingike a dash cam. What's great about it is that the mirror with the monitor looks OEM so it's a very clean looking install.

BACKUP CAMERA / MIRROR :I rarely give out negative comments but this purchase was extremely frustrating.Instructions are absolutely terrible.No matching RCA color plugs. Picture show red/white/yellow wire coming out of mirror - yet wires inside box had 2 yellow RCA plugs no instructions on why so many red wires, where do they connect or do they ? ?.No instructions on what happens when you push button on mirror, what wires are connected to reverse light power source.Below picture of wiring and what little instructions come with your purchase.There should be basic instructions, plug and play, power source indicated to ACC and or reverse power wire.What wires are grounded, what red positive wires need to be connected, all or only one?Red wire out of camera connects to a black plug. Nothing matches.....Mirror is comparable to OEM quality, still have no idea what the button on mirror does....Returning

This backup camera system is very easy to install, all of the necessary wiring is provided with the product. The LED illuminators do a fantastic job when there is no light where backing up which is my situation as the camera is mounted to a 10' enclosed trailer. The wireless reception is not a problem even with the length of the truck & trailer. I would recommend this product, especially at such a reasonable price!

The camera is adjustable which is great. Be sure to purchase the proper mirror mount to attach to the windshield of a Honda. I’m satisfied and will purchase again if needed :)
