This was one of the best things I've bought this year. It was easy to use and enter information. I have medical professionals in my family and they think this is a wonderful thing!!!

I received the bracelet yesterday and pleased to get one I can store my many medical issues on. To my disappointment when tapped on the QR code to go to the website kept getting “website is not responding” multiple times and with two different devices. The email address they provided is not mailer-daemon permanent error.i am more than disappointed especially when I have been trying to contact Amazon to see if there is another website.

I ordered this bracelet thinking I can put all my medical stuff on it like advertised. I can only get to sign in and password. Let's me do nothing else. I've looked for a service number, can't find one, tried emailing with no response. So if anyone can offer help please. Help me btw I have an android phone tried researching to figure out also. I'm so frustrated right now!!!

I like that this medical bracelet looks so much nicer than the big bulky ones with all of the stamping. Allow more important to be shared. Difficult to put on though. Lobster claw clasp & small chain slip out of your fingers when trying to put it on by yourself. Fastened it while it was off & then slid it up over my wrist. Makes it looser than I would like. Am convinced thst when you live alone it is the only way it can be done

The QR code is almost impossible to scan, and once you scan it, the website is not in service. What's the point of having a QR coded bracelet if you can't access the info?

Broke soon as I got! Got caught on my hospital robe.

This item is same as pictured. Good quality. Easy to set up. Only downside is that too much info is asked for, so I skipped a lot of stuff in set up.

Bought and broke within a few days had a protection plan on it but they aren’t helpful, told me they would call back for more information after several hours on the phone, they never called back pretty disappointed. Was such a pretty bracelet hoping it’s just a fluke that it broke and the chain was just malfunctioned because I’d like a new one.

This bracelet broke in less than 2 months of wearing it.The QR code is perfect but the chain is too tiny.
