SWITYF Damascus Bread Knife 8" Professional Ergonomic G10 Handle

Amazingly sharp knife, cuts through fat, meat and sinew like butter. Great tang, very stable, easy to hold, looks fantastic.This is the 2nd knife I've bought from SWITYF and they're both holding up very well and haven't had to sharpen either yet. I wash them and return them to their boxes the minute I'm done with them. I can honestly say they're leaps and bounds above the $50 sets you get at retail outlets, and since I've been buying these I'm never going back to cheap knives, they just work too well. I now can clean the fat and sinew off of a pork loin and cut it into chops in 10-15 minutes where before it was taking me an hour. Same with cleaning a brisket for smoking and a roast for the crock pot.

One of the better knives I've purchased. Extremely sharp and it hold an edge for a while. Processed 2 deer with it before it needed to be sharpened. If you know how tough deer hair is on knives you'll know the significance of this. Worth the money

So I have had this knife for about 1 month now. The first few times i used it, very nice and sharp. After that, it was dull and can not keep an edge at all. This is a horrible knife and I regret paying this much for it. If I could return it, I would. Their are several rust marks already.

Excellent paring knife. Extremely sharp. Will cut anything that gets in its way, including fingers.

Great edge, nice to have a really sharp knife that is balanced, but you have to be careful while using. I was used to dull knives and cut myself by being careless. highly recommend

I have been using this knife now for several months and I am very pleased with its performance. I am a Foodie Enthusiast, not a professional chef. This knife does a great job dealing with Prime Rib, Beef and Pork Ribs and deboning chicken. This knife is not inexpensive but if you search, you will find much more expensive knives. Such costly knives are probably the right choice for professionals. I think if you buy this knife and you are a "Home Chef" you will not be disappointed.

This is a very attractive, seemingly well designed and wickedly sharp cutting instrument. It cuts through breads like a hot knife through butter. However, although its identified as being stainless steel it won't safely/securely adhere to my wall mounted magnetic kitchen utensil strip, it slides down and has frequently dropped off the magnetic strip and trust me this is not a knife you want to be grabbing for as its sliding down and off a magnetic strip or having it fall on you. Don't know what gives about the knife’s composition, its a visually appealing knife and being on display would be preferable to having it lying down in a drawer but safety comes first. If the seller or manufacturer would like to respond to my review it would be warmly welcomed, all my fingers are intact, and appreciated
