Was mislead by Package includes 6x 4ft light and 6x mounting hardware kit. Led me to believe there were 6 lights in package. Only 4 per package as described later in the description. Product is good bright light and durable. Would not have bought them for the price of 4 there are others just as good for less on Amazon.

Good product for the money.

Bought 3 sets of these for my garage. Each set has 4 shop lights. Replaced my old T12 tubes. Big improvement in lighting and energy saving. I ordered the 6000k since it was for the garage. The lighting will be too cold inside the house. I prefer 3500k for inside the house use. The linkable feature saved me alot of time trying wiring up Romex wires. Installed 10 shop lights in the garage so now it looks like daylight even when I am polishing my car at night. You can easily spot all the swirls on the clear coat of your car since the light is so bright. Some of the lamps did make a humming sound. Doesn't always happen. Sounds like the electronics is resonating with the chassis but it is faint enough that it doesn't bother me. Packaging was very good. Had foam to separate the lights. Will definitely buy again if I need them.Jan 2020Just an up-date. Been 2 years and all lamps are still working fine. Installed 10 of these. I turn them all on for about an hour every night so they are heavily used.

I am very pleased with this purchase. 1. The performance is as good as I hoped for with plenty of brightness and a good color for detailed workshop use. I do have other LED and fluorescent fixtures in that area for comparison. 2. The quality and durability seem good and the hardware included will cover most situations. The shipping package design was effective in preventing handling damage on the outside of the container from having any effect on the contents. 3. It's a good value, since the very competitive price is for a product that performs well.Like some other reviewers, I wish the cords were 6' long instead of 4', but I knew that going in. I also knew these have 2-blade sockets for connecting the lights in series. The connectivity of these is an excellent feature but I wish I could directly connect my other 3-wire light fixtures. I suppose if they provided full grounded outlets, there would a temptation to plug in heavier power loads than the fixture is designed to handle.

The light output is very good. They buzz intermittently, which will drive you crazy. Seems to be a resonance set up with the metal fixture, as tapping lightly on the plastic ends can get it to stop. But it will start again on another day.

I carefully read previous reviews on this product and other similar LED lights. I chose these due to the ability to link one light to another via the four foot power cord. Most of the other linkable lights seemed to be direct connections to each other. I was a little concerned about some previous comments about inadequate packaging, but decided to try them out anyway. The lights arrived completely undamaged. They were packaged in a sturdy cardboard box and were well protected with foam on both ends. Previous reviewers had complained about the cheap chains that came with the lights, but I found the chains to be very adequate given the lights only weigh a couple of pounds each. I mounted them just a bit higher than 7 feet in my garage (10 foot ceiling height) and can easily reach the pull chain to turn them on/off individually. They each provide a tremendous amount of light, and I would not hesitate to buy these again!

Make no mistake, these are cheap cheap cheap lights. The metal they use is flimsy, they buzz, the inside of one of the light tubes has what looks like a wire hanging down in it, they take 1.5 seconds to turn on...etc..That being said, these are extremely bright and seem to live up to their 4800 lumen promises. They are also very close t their stated "Daylight" color temperature, it looks exactly like ambient daylight (not direct sunlight). The only thing on these that didn't feel flimsy were the power cords and extension sockets. Note that the power cord is not 4 feet, its about 43 inches, but you could extend it with any polarized 2 prong extension cord. All in all these are pretty darn good.
