EBL LCD Universal Charger for AA/AAA Li-Ion Ni-MH Ni-Cd Batteries

It's been over three months since I purchased this charger. It works fine. It treats each battery inserted individually. It can charge different sizes and different types of battery at the same time. Impressively yesterday I inserted a couple of EBL lithium AAA batteries that registered as dead and not charging on another charger. It took some time but after a couple of hours lo and behold they were showing as charging as normal! Left overnight all charged up and full. So this little charger managed to charge two batteries that according to the manual and the lcd screen was 'abnormal charging' at first, before later showing as charging as normal, and then shutting off as normal. So I'm impressed with the wee thing.

Only had it a day and already charged 10 NMH AAA batteries Was quite quick and simple to do. Charged using a USB c lead (Didn't use the enclosed lead as I have lots of others) Liked the charging screen above each cell, very clear when battery is charged. Very happy with my purchase indeed.

Seems ok. Charges batteries, though could be improved by the addition of a discharge feature. EBL produce a number of battery chargers, but humid no indication of the relative capabilities of one vs another. So, I rather doubt that any/all EBL chargers are actually manufactured by EBL. This one works for what I needed, but selection vs another EBL charger could be hit or miss for other customers and their needs.

Compact and versatile charger. Novel design that charges AA and AAA cells individually and allows any combination of sizes without adjustment. HATE other designs that always charge cells in series pairs. Proved its value as recovered and recharged old cells that another charger refused to recognize at all. Works well and usefully shows charging state in bargraph forn rather than simply red/green LED's. Have already ordered a second unit as have a 5V 5A adapter that can run both (EBL recommend 2A available per charger).

I have a Duracell "smart charger" which often refuses to charge older branded batteries. Incredibly frustrating as I know those batteries are nowhere near their end of life. I spent a lot of time researching the problem which apparently is common with "smart chargers", so I was reluctant to purchase this one which is also "smart". But thankfully, this charger had no issues dealing with the batteries the Duracell charger would refuse to charge. Added bonus that it runs on USB-C plug as I can now travel with it if needed (Duracell one is massive and comes with a 12V DC block). Highly recommend.

Charges as you'd expect although my 2005 canon camera has a much more sensitive battery detector and says theres an error with the charged batteries so don't expect results that you'd get straight from new batteries but testing with a multi meter they're definitely fully charged

Simple to set up, charging speed seems decent and the display is good and clear. The quality and feel of the unit is fine for price.
