Amazing product that is constantly in use
I’ve had this product for two years. I was concerned it would break when we moved but I was incredibly happy it survived the trip. I use it every week from spring to fall. In winter it typically gets put away in favor of hot coffee. It’s a beautiful glass product and it just works. I am a little less exact with my measurements as compared to my pour over or my aeropress but I’ve never been disappointed. The only issue I had at first was cleaning it but I just use a long handled brush and it cleans right up every time. If it ever breaks I’ll buy another.

Works well & is easy to use.
I decided to get a bigger cold brewer, so I could have enough for a week+; not have to make another batch after every second cup. This one fits the bill. It fits on the same refrigerator shelf as a 1-gallon milk jug. I don't have deep doors, so I don't know if it would fit those.I ran my first batch through a Chemex filter (see picture), and the amount of "sludge," is pretty low. I have had Brikka & French press coffee with almost as much at the bottom of my cup, so this isn't bad for this much coffee.Even though this is listed as a "64oz" (and that is how much liquid it can hold), in reality, you'll get about 54-56oz after you pull out the filter with the used grounds. I guess, if you like to add water, you can add about 8oz after brewing. It's glass, so don't drop it. I have a Flameware measuring cup, made out of the same material, & it hasn't even chipped in 10 years, so I'm not too worried about this. Although it doesn't have any handles, so it can get slipper when washing, or if it's wet on the outside.Make sure you remove the metal ring from the rim before pouring. Otherwise it will leak all over.

Great for plan ahead coffee drinks. Better flavor, less plastic chemicals...YAY!!!
I have had this for about 6 weeks now. I really like the flavor, making coffee drinks this way as it is smoother and less bitter than some other ways. I got a local roaster to do a course grind. After putting the grounds in the stainless filter...fill the filter almost to the top with coffee) I slowly pour water over it until the beaker is almost full. Then let it sit out on the counter for 18 hours. It makes a nice concentrate that I can store in the fridge for a couple days. Good for blending with flavors and creamers for iced coffees or heating up for hot lattes. It takes a while to do a slow pour over but worth it to take the extra couple minutes. Also, a couple times in the 18 hours brew time, I give it a little swirl. Easy enough to do but does take planning, it's not an instant way, but is a good way of making great coffee drinks.(And much healthier to have plastic free coffee drinks for sure!)I also bought a 12 cup Hamilton percolator and am enjoying the flavor of my morning cup so much more than using the Keurig or Automatic Drip. Better flavor, less plastic chemicals...YAY!!!

Not a strong concentrate
As a long time Toddy coffee user I agree with the other toddy coffee users this make a weak concentrate. It tastes like a strong coffee when tasting the concentrate, That comes from the fact Toddy uses a whole pound of coffee to make about the same amount. BOZ uses much less coffee. But that being said I like this and have found if I just repeat the process running the concentrate though fresh ground and let it sit a second day it's good. The BOZ system is much neater then Toddy, (Toddy is very messy) which I like and the fact it is all together as one unit while making it means I can put in the refrigerator and just let it set as long as I want so having to do it twice and a day earlier then I use is no big deal, It fast and easy and looks nice.

Works as advertised, nice quality overall
I bought a smaller one by a different company (Bean), so this was a kind of upgrade for me. First, I like the size; you can easily do about 52 ounces of coffee with it. The filter is stainless steel (like the Bean), but it has holes even at the bottom of the filter (the bean does not). However, the sealing is a little more difficult, it has a stainless steel chrome piece that must be inserted between the glass and the filter, no big deal, but another item to keep track of. Both units work as they claim, I just like the larger size. I hand grind my own coffee, and I make sure it is really course. I strain my coffee afterward through a chemex filter to get rid of any "sludge." Coffee is very mild and delicious.

The only one you need
This is the only cold brew you need in your life. My significant other and I will make a pitcher of this on the weekend and usually will get us through the week. We are light coffee drinkers, but the aromas and the full flavors you get with cold brews will never let you see a hot cup of joe the same again. The filter on this is so fine it could be used with finer grounds, but course is the best way to go. Overall we enjoy the pitcher being a half gallon capacity as well. Buy it and begin enjoying your cold brew!

GO WITH BOZ, Affordable price and consistent quality
I DRINK A LOT OF BLACK COFFEE DAILY. The price is right on the Boz cold brew maker. Its extremely light weight and easy to use (only 4 pieces) and easy to clean. With most coffee makers, a little of the grounds sifts through to the bottom: this is not a complaint from me. Your quality of coffee and how many scoops you use affect the strongness and quality of your brewed beaker. It does not take 30 minutes for the water to fill inside the beaker like some reviews stated. I recommend this product.

Makes okay coffee and spills a lot.
I've used this product for 2 weeks now and I mainly use it for coffee. I used to hand make the same type of cold brew coffee using a jar and a filter. This is way more efficient than the other method I used which took around 40 minutes to prepare. Now it only takes around 5 minutes. The coffee is good but it is a little bit less strong than when I hand made it. Also it makes a huge mess when pouring it into a cup. Unless you do it extremely fast and precise, good luck dealing with the mess on your counter. Other than the pouring design, the product is pretty good. If possible would rate 3.7 or 3.8.

If I can make cold brewed coffee anyone can.
I have watched a lot of videos on making cold brewed coffee after I bought the BOZ, which made me glad of my choice. First off, I don't like plastic, luckily the Boz does not have any. The next thing I like is the shape, it makes a lot of cold brewed coffee and because of the shape, it is not easy to knock over like some I have seen online. The filter is long, stainless steel and has many fine holes a real piece of art. So I have never made or really knew anything about cold brew coffee ( I just thought coffee shops made coffee and let it cool). Well, the first evening I got it I made my first batch of cold brewed coffee. My only complaint is there were no directions at all. I guess everyone else knows how to make coffee so the makers didn't think that we needed directions. Not knowing how to make it I just filled it up with water using my regular coffee cup and figured that I use two scoops per cup making regular coffee so that should do. I ground some course coffee grounds and loaded the coffee into the filter and then put the filter in the water, put the lid on and put it in the fridge. Then I settled down and watch Youtube, to learn how the experts do it. The next morning I tasted the cold brew coffee and was pleasantly surprised with what I made. I like strong dark coffee and this was strong but not bitter and had a good body. The next morning I drank cold brewed coffee instead of my usual hot coffee because I enjoyed it so much from the day before. I am about to make my second batch and I can tell you that if I can make good cold brewed coffee without directions or research then anyone can. Overall I like the Boz a lot, it is well made and I think the filter is work of art. The best part is it makes good cold brew coffee and I don't have to worry about it tipping over easily. I would say well priced for the quality and end result.

It's an okay device.
It lacks a few indicators that the better products have, such as ish measurements for certain strengths and how much it can hold to still take in water, but otherwise it works fine. Apart from the fact that the top metal bracket can't seem to stay on, and don't even try to pour with it still on.
