According to the manufacturer, it does. See https://www.acrartex.com/media/1376913/y1-06-0290-rev-c.pdf instruction card for directions. It turns on as a strobe, If you immediately turn it off and back on it is a steady light, repeat the off/on toggle again for SOS mode.
