just what i wanted as i have used this item before,they fit great and give fantastic support,thank you veryn much

I found these very good, and would recommend them to anyone withinstep troubles ,I found them very comfortable to wear

I have fallen arches and for the first few days of using these instead of the regular shoe insole my feet ached even more than usual But now after a week my posture has improved and so have my feet. Its does not feel like you have a marshmallow under foot but firm slightly squishy good support. I'm very impressed and relieved and will buy another one for another shoe that I wear often. I thought they were expensive at first but they are worth every penny.

My second pair of these. I use these in mens boots and find them very comfortable giving good support, especially on the arch without being too hard or soft.

Fits my walking shoes perfectly. Can feel the support on my arch.

As a sufferer of arthritis I was recommended these. I wear them with my trainers and though it's too soon to know if they are helping they do feel comfortable..
