Tommy Bahama Swiss Men's TB1194 – Wristwatch

Since January I've been trying to find a brown watch. Bulova has an attractive $200-range automatic watch BUT a friend in the watch business told me to ALWAYS buy Swiss watches over Japanese makes. It appears Tommy Bahama now has a less expensive line of Relax watches, Japanese made.I orginally purchased the Panama Pilot Bracelet Watch TB3021 and am very pleased the the quality and design (again, barely a Tommy Bahama branding on the face of the watch). I wanted a nice watch, not a 'fashion statement". Tommy Bahama Swiss Made watches provide both: fashionable and quality.The TB1194 has a small "Tommy Bahama" floating inside the crystal face. It is so small, it could say "Chopard" for that matter. The band is comfortable, the styling retro/deco. Not your average watch and why I chose it. NO buyers remorse.

I have been looking for an unusual looking watch and this one fit the bill! I especially like the TB 5 year warranty, Swiss movement parts, day of the week indicator as well as the date in addition to its automatic mechanical winding mechanism that is similar to my Rolex watches. I now have 8 automatic winding watches and this one keeps perfect time. My only negative is that the watch is large at 44mm and it does stand up quite high on my automatic winder, however the watch does not hit the top when closed (very close though). I highly recommend this watch and it adds a change to my collection with the brown watch face.

I purchased this watch for my husband for his birthday and it has been the best watch i have bought for the price! We first tought it was purpple when we ordered and hoped it was really brown and it is brown not purpple so that was a plus. i went on Tommy Bahama website and they have it for 495 and here it is only 125 so it was a great deal. You can see the good quality as soon as you open.
