Good for portion control
Good for portion control, good for anyone who wants to keep to their portion sizes

Helpful to creating satisfying meals
These are glorified measuring cups. They are working well for me. Yes, I could have just used measuring cups, but the baking cups weren’t working for me. I think my brain needed the different shape and the colors to break out of ‘I know what a 1/2 cup is’ mode. These are not Tupperware; they leak around the lid if tipped over and contain liquid. They are for measuring but can also be used for heating and storage - so they’re versatile, but they are not primarily storage containers. I was eating pretty healthily before this purchase. This plan and these containers are helping me to see that including a variety of food groups (in the right proportions) make for delicious, satisfying meals. It’s a lot of food. I don’t struggle to eat it all, but it’s more than I had been eating and I’ve lost a little weight in just a few days. Read the plan before you complain about these containers being tiny. You figure out a tier fit for you and your goals, then find out how many of which containers you can eat for a day. The written materials are in ebook/pdf format. You will not receive a physical book. I received an email with both pdf books before I received the containers. I’m very pleased with my purchase and the increased food/meal satisfaction that this plan/containers have made in my life.

Books are E-books
I almost didn't buy this because of the complaints that the books were missing. Please note, they are E-Books. There is a QR code on top of the box. Alternatively, there is a small card that directs you to the website. There is a picture of the recipe book, and another of the planner. Simple click on them and they download. I like that the recipes include how many of each container is being used, making it easy to keep track.
