Just take a minute and take it to a local frame shop and have them dry mount it for you. You can have it stretched on stretcher bars but it’s more expensive

If you are talking about the wrinkles made by the folds, I ironed it on the wrong side. Once you stretch the canvas on a frame they will go away.

Q: What are the hooks for?

I believe those are for hanging the picture if you frame it. I didn’t use them.

Q: Can you purchase this one stretched on a wooden frame?

I don't think that is an option.
