I suffer from awful headaches, and this works perfectly! I pop it on in the morning, and it works well to help cool down the nerves causing me pain. It stays cold for a reasonable amount of time and provides good relief while the meds go to work.

The texture and size is fantastic, it's very squishy soft and comes out of the deep freezer incredibly cold. That ice coldness lasts about 10 min and then it is comfortably cool for another 15 or so. So it does lose coldness quickly, so I won't be buying another, but it's a soft addition to my migraine treatments.

The fabric is very smooth, the gel portion is soft and squishy, very comfortable to wear over eyes. The band is super adjustable and doesn’t feel tight ever.Stays cools for a while. I used it during a migraine on and off for around 3 hours, at the 2 hour mark, it wasn’t cold anymore, but had enough coolness for it to still feel nice on my temples.I keep this in my fridge so it’s always ready to use. Would recommend.
