After some initial operational problems I decided to contact the manufacturer for help and advice.The system did work very well but some of the cameras lost connectivity.This was cured by changing channel numbers for the appropriate cameras.Furthermore, a hard drive failure then locked the system up.This was not caused by the NVR but by the hard drive being faulty.Camera position is very important so do not expect the system to work correctly if you are in screened rooms or metal sheds etc, they will all attenuate the 2.4GHz signal from the cameras and cause no picture.In view of this, do not blame the equipment or the manufacturer.All problems sorted now with the manufacturers help.I must say that the manufacturer went out of their way to help me resolve the problems.You must remember that most nvr systems are "plug and play" but require electronics and transmission expertise to achieve optimum operation.Would I recommend an ANRAN NVR SYSTEM , the answer in my opinion must be YES,

Easy setup, instructions easy to follow, the camera install for me was straight forward with good results. Camera signal strength needs to be considered when finalising locations, for me I have one camera some 15M away with 3 walls in the way, working ok. I did have one issue with a camera power supply this was replaced quickly with good support over email. Email alerts setup, for email I used my Gmail account as it would not work with my other accounts / SMTP settings. Mobile APP configured with ease again works well including reviewing recordings, I installed a 1TB HD for recording which is not included, this was easy to install with good instructions. All in all this product is very good value to money.

Very impressed by this high quality picture, easy to set-up cctv system, that was promptly delivered. Watched the youtube tutorial first, then mine was straight out of the box, fully working in less than 5 mins. Ok, now have to fix everything in place. 5 stars fully recommended.
