Just fitted this into my car(BMW Active) I mounted it on the passenger side just in front of my rear view mirror had just enough cable to left so that I could plug into cigar lighter port. The paper that needs to be removed to expose the adhesive mount, forget it, when I tried to remove the paper from the top of the adhesive it was impossible the cover just pulled the top layer of the sticky pad away still attached to the paper rendering the adhesive mount not fit for purpose, luckily I had some double sided tape which I used, I just hope that it will keep the dash cam in place, time will tell.Instructions too small to read even with my specs on, had to play about with it for a few hours to find my way around, but it does start recording as soon as its switched on. Will update review once I've been out on the road.
