Both tools came with flat jaws without the tiny open slit and will NOT cut scored glass. Completely disappointed. The picture clearly shows otherwise.

I had an issue with description and use of product. It was not the product I needed. Contacted seller after having product for 6 months and after a quick review by Kattool I received a refund. Customer service was excellent.
