I like the weight of the door guide and the ease of installing it. I like how quiet it is until the felt strip that's around the small roller comes off. Now I am hearing a sound - not a big sound, but still a sound after it had been quiet when the felt strip was first put on. The strip didn't stay on for 24 hours. Wish something could be done with the small roller so the felt strip wouldn't be necessary, just like the big roller. Just nice and quiet! Glad this hooks onto the wall and not the floor like the hardware that came with my barn door hardware. I like how solid the door feels now, no swinging out like before. The felt strip is my biggest con.

Used this on our deck in an upside down position at the top of our deck railing for a rolling gate on our deck. Worked very well. Ordered another to put at the bottom for extra stability and control. Only issue we had was the felt-like protective strips in the kit. They gave you the option to put these on the rollers to help keep the rollers from making any marks on your wood. We found these did not stick well and seemed the glue backing was mostly dried out or not fresh adhesive. Other than that, they are a nice piece of hardware with many variable options to choose from to accommodate your needs.

After hanging our great door from Rustic, found it to be unsecured at the bottom, letting it swing. Rustic provides an excellent guide system with the door kit, but because of my carpet at the base, I decided to use this system from a third party manufacturer. This roller guide provides an inner and outer roller that secures the door between the two. It's smooth and quiet and seems pretty sturdy. A little tricky to install since it screws into the baseboard and then you have to install the vertical rollers. Because of my carpet being snug to the bottom of the base of the guide, it took a bit of positioning of the two securing nuts before full assembly....minor bother.

I need help. One of the rollers is removable - has been from the start. Are we missing a piece? I’ve ignored it but grandson will be crawling soon and I realize I don’t want to be searching for this part. Help.

Good quality. It comes with pieces to allow you to install customized height. This black one looks better than the white.

Much better than floor guide that comes with barn door track. Slides very smooth. I installed the guide that comes with barn door hardware, cut the kerf at the bottom of the door and there was way too much rubbing/friction. The door did not meet my standards for operation. After a quick Amazon search, I found this product and it showed up the next day. Just finished installation - screwed into door casing, covered old floor guide screw holes in floor. So far so good.

I used as floor guides for barn doors. The screws for wall mount were to short. Other than that, they were easy to install, work well, and look good.
