It feels a bit sticky and worst at taste if tried to drink like protein powder, but could be adjustable with few tweaks like adding other sweetners into it. It gives complete EAA profile, if combined with perfect substitute. For me, it's milk. So protein quality becomes perfect with more than 90% of DIAAS score. Also it's so cheap.
