Initially, I was not too happy with this purchase because of inconvenient shipping delays, and the delivery box was damaged. Still, the box was functional, so I decided to have it installed on my porch. Next, I was disappointed that I found only four of the six expected keys. Upon contacting Customer Support, I was instructed to send the entire delivery box back. Fortunately, I decided to keep the box because it was my Handy Man who discovered that the two missing keys had become separated from the other four keys and the installation materials in the box. Somehow, they had become lodged in the back of the box. I like this delivery box. It's sturdy, and I would recommend it to others
