PGFUN The Latest Upgraded Anti-roll 3D Touch Probe Waterproof Edge Finder Specification: Power: DC5-24V 3 NPN-NO Wiring: Red-VCC (DC5-24V power), Yellow: IO/ Signal Output, Black- GND(DCM) Repeatability Accuracy: 0.01 mm/ 0.0004 in. Feedrate: 50-200 mm/min. Approach Direction: ±X, ±Y, +Z. Over Travel Protection Distance: X- ± 4mm/0.16 in, Y- ±4mm/ 0.16 in, Z- 2mm/ 0.08 in. Lifetime: > 3 million triggers. Trigger Force: XY- 0.5-0.82 N, Y- 2.7N. Application: theoretically it can work with MACH3, Mach4, Dynamotion, LiNUXCNC, UCCNC, Centroid CNC, or any other CNC control software Package Include: CNC touh probe x 1, cable x 1, allen wrench x 1, probe tip x 1, wire connector pack x 1 (to solve the lack of control board wiring ports and extend wire). This made me super happy! I was wondering when this would happen. This probe is great for setups and couple of microns is well within tolerance for an optical touch probe. My test results were better than anticipated. I do also strike a tool setter commonly found on here without issue.(no deflection). The electrical timing difference (between the probe strike and tool setter strike) was easily calculable and repeatable allowing the operator to change tools to any tool length, and continue cutting from the same WCS, having only referenced the surface once before a multitool toolpath. I also bought the N.O version as a backup.

Starting the spindle with the tool in the collet resulted in the cord disengaging effortlessly leaving the probe rotating undamaged in the spindle. This made me super happy! I was wondering when this would happen. This probe is great for setups and couple of microns is well within tolerance for an optical touch probe. My test results were better than anticipated. I do also strike a tool setter commonly found on here without issue.(no deflection). The electrical timing difference (between the probe strike and tool setter strike) was easily calculable and repeatable allowing the operator to change tools to any tool length, and continue cutting from the same WCS, having only referenced the surface once before a multitool toolpath. I also bought the N.O version as a backup.
