Sturdy block but with issues
This is a sturdy cut of metal that does a great job keeping the card cool (EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti SC). It also comes with plenty of thermal pads to keep things like the mosfets cool which the original heatsink wasn't doing. Concerns to note for those looking to buy this water block or a similar design:- The water block is heavy and puts some stress on the PCI-E connector to the point the card is sagging. If your motherboard sits flat and the card stands up this isn't an issue but it could be a concern for those with a tower case looking to bring their machine to LAN parties or whatever.- The RGB LEDs are inserted into the front and back side of the card, meaning you will need a tad bit more depth clearance in your case than the card length if you want to use those lights. This could be a concern especially if you have a front radiator/fans to account for.Update: I've taken the card out and noticed some serious concerns. The shiny plating is peeling off the copper (see picture) and leaving metal particles in my pump. I only use distilled water with a kill coil and have never seen this on any of my others water blocks. This is a dealbreaker and I can no longer recommend the block under any circumstances. I'm dissappointed as I've been a long time fan of XSPC products.
