How to use Magic Embroidery Pen 1.Insert the threader into the punch needle from the needle point and completely through its barrel until it comes out the opposite end of the punch needle. 2.Insert thread/yarn into the threader Loop and pull the threader back out of the needle. 3.Pull the thread/yarn downward out of the threader tip end and remove the thread or  yarn from the threader. 4.Insert the thread through the needle eye from the needle back of the needle tip. 5.Place the end of the thread/yarn into the threader and pull the threader back out of the needle eye. 6.Punch needle should penetrate all the way into the fabric so the grip of the needle touches the fabric. 7.The needle must be pushed all the way in on each stitch to make an even look.Lift needle out of fabric, just enough to move to next stitch. 8.Lifting the needle too high shortens the loops on the front of the design and creates unwanted loops on the back. Pen did not work for me
I couldn’t get the pen to work for me no matter how many times I threaded it, the loop stitch it creates doesn’t hold on to anything in the reverse side so when pulled or when I continue to embroider the stitch pulls off with the needle :/ gunna continue to watch YouTube videos to see if if there is some trick to it I’m not doing. I use everything else though except the pen so I didn’t return it. It’s a great starter kit with everything else though.

Couldn't get back together.
I finally got around to trying this. First time I went to use it I took it apparent to change the needle punch and thread, now won't go back together. Very disappointing. Never even got 1 use out of it.

Great pack has 4 different needle sizes and a ton of thread! Everything but the cloth to start your punching hobby. Excellent value, all parts accounted for and nice quality.

Hard to use
Hard to use, I can’t get the stitches to stay for the life of me, I really want this to work so I can add the extra touch to my daughters clothes, hopefully I can figure it out.
