This unscented lotion is wonderful for KP (aka chicken skin). After just a few days applying twice per day my skin becomes smoother and softer. You do have to keep using it otherwise the KP just recurs. I have it on my arms and legs and this honestly does wonders. It’s very hydrating on my hands as well, as a nurse my hands are really dry and damaged due to excessive hand washing over a lifetime but this lotion has the best effect - better than high end hand creams!

I was really excited to get this cream after reading all of the reviews and seeing that it has worked for many people. I have KP and I have recently decided to cut off dairy and go vegan to help with it. I’ve used this cream for two days and it seems to have helped and made my skin smoother already. For the people who are complaining that it hasn’t helped. I recommend using the exfoliating version of this product. It is really annoying me to see people who don’t have KP give this product a bad review under the pretence that it didn’t do anything for them. Of course it’s not gonna do anything for you, it’s not designed for you. It’s not deserving a bad review because it’s not solving your normal skin that it’s not even designed for. As for the smell people are over reacting, it smells like baby lotion and I actually quite like it. To go as far as to say wait 10 minutes before putting your clothes on is absurd. Don’t let the reviews about the smell deter you from buying. I will update with my skin results after I have used this product for a little longer.

does improve the condition and appearance of the skin for keratosis pilaris sufferers and it is probably about the only product on the market that does - but sadly doesn't cure it - nothing does unfortunately :( and this is my own personal opinion, product to me smells utterly rank - like soapy milky baby vom (sorry guys) - ultimately I buy these products regularly (also try exfoliating mit - best one i have ever had and shower cream is great too and doesnt pong) as they provide the only relief i have managed to achieve from this miserable and distressing condition. p.s. why are you asking for a “style” star rating for a tube of cream Amazon?

This cream does exactly what it says! I bought it for my 7 year old daughter, she gets red bumpy rash on the tops of her arms, we've used this cream for roughly three weeks now and the results are amazing! I would highly recommend this product.

Great stuff! I've had bad itchy arms for years and tried many different creams with no affect but this stuff was brilliant and within a couple of weeks no more itching and my skin is smooth. Worth every penny. Smell isn't great but goes off once the cream has soaked in which is quite quick.

Bought for kp and used twice a day. It did work however it’s greasy and smells like lactic acid. Particularly annoying at night as it rubs off on bed sheets and can leave residue and sicky smell.Glycolic acid in a spray bottle is a much better option.

I do feel its helping my skin legs and arms especially. Redness defiantly toned down and much smoother

I've been using this and exfoliating for just over a week now and all the bumps/Keratosis Pilaris on my arms and legs have gone and my skin is now really smooth. Definitely recommend this cream. I ordered it then got a bit worried as there were reviews on here complaining about the smell of this cream, but the smell is actually fine, it just smells like moisturiser.So I've used this twice a day as well as using an exfoliating body wash and those exfoliating glove things and it's worked a treat. Before I was just using a dry body brush and normal moisturiser which wasn't working for me as I still had Keratosis Pilaris on my arms and legs, but this cream seems to do the trick.
