I had an old electric toothbrush that my wife bought me many, many moons ago. It's way past its sell by date though and hasn't been used in many years. Having recently bought an electric water flosser (a great buy) I thought that I'd try to make brushing my teeth less of a chore by buying something a bit more up to date with regards to cleaning.And I can immediately see why this has so many 5 star reviews. It's easy to use, efficient, nicely designed and really does clean your teeth very well. lt vibrates extraordinarily quickly and is brushing using a typical brushing action, albeit very, very fast. I don't honestly know whether the frequency causes plaque or food to vibrate off your teeth (i.e. is it really sonic?), but I do know that a couple of minutes with this and my teeth feel very clean.It has some nice features. It's charged via induction, so it just sits in it's little charging base without having to be plugged in directly. The beaker provided fits over the base so it can be changed whilst sat in the beaker. I don't think that this is particularly practical though, unless you have a handy USB socket in your bathroom. Five heads are provided, two in the top of the packaging (see photo) and three more inside in sealed bags. A mains USB adaptor is also included. Charging apparently takes 16 or so hours, and once charged it should last several weeks before needing recharging.In use, every thirty seconds there's a brief pause, to alert you to move on to the next quarter of your teeth, and it stops after 2 minutes, and there are three different levels selectable. It has a high waterproof rating so should be fine in any typical environment.If I have a criticism (more a suggestion to the manufacturers), different colours on the heads or bristles would make identifying which head was for which person, but that really is minor and in no way detracts from a great electric toothbrush.

Edit: Disclaimer. I have recieved a full refund for this product and was able to keep the product on account I pass it on to another person and bought a more hard brush.Initially found the product charged very quickly (around 3-4 hours) unlike some other brushes which take 12 hours minimum.There are 5 brushes included which is a bonus! They are not too rough on the teeth and good for gum care. I would however advice for a hard brush if you want a thorough clean of the teeth. The Philips brush heads fit (and the alternatives for Philips electronic brushes too- I bought 8 brush heads for £8.00 here on amazon).Comes in a nice glass which is completely detachable so you can use it as a cup.Different settings available. E.g. there's a massage mode which is very nice in the gums.Lastly, excellent and honest customer service.Thanks

I read a lot of reviews before purchase.Also looked @ a lot of other electric brushes.Some pretty expensive.I decided upon this one.It is one of the best I have had over the years.It has 6 heads so you wont run out for a while.It does a good job with 3 different settings.I will recommend.

the brush heads are very soft and quite useless. you can swap them for more expensive "branded" heads from a similar looking well known brand. vibrate is decent and battery life ok. quite light and not very robust. for the price is ok but not with the supplied brush heads.

Prompt delivery. I have never been really keen to use an electric toothbrush, until now. It is gentle on sensitive teeth and gums. Holds it's charge well. A good supply of spare brush heads and I like the way that it charges by using USB and a normal plug. Would recommend.

Lovely toothbrush. Soft brush heads that don't make your gums sore, yet clean the teeth immaculately. Vastly superior to my last sonic toothbrush. Easy to charge and comfortable to hold. A lovely pink colour too!

Good quality product, novel charging and great value. Not having to worry about batteries is a bonus.
