PinaraALL IN ONE COMBINED BIDET TOILET WITH SOFT CLOSE SEAT

We wanted a combined bidet toilet and this completely fitted the bill.The bad bits - yes, the toilet seat isn't the same as in the picture but that has been covered elsewhere. It is a Turkish toilet and the instructions were originally written in Turkish, translated by a local school kid and photocopied into near invisibility. but it's a toilet, easily installed by a plumber or any competent diy'er.The good bits - it's easy to fit, clean, simple to use and does exactly as it says on the tin. Just what was wanted. Ultrabathroom, the suppliers, were excellent at responding to all questions before we purchased and were more than helpful throughout. Delivery was super quick and the haulier kept us well informed about when it was to be delivered.Recommendations - get a hot water feed as well as the normal cold, your nether regions will appreciate it. You'll need the thermostatic mixer value but it's worth it. Also, if you're going to have to box in any pipework in, get a concealed on/off value - it'll be neater to fit.Finally, be prepared - people love the idea of a combined bidet/toilet, the parents and in-laws now both want me to fit one.

The toilet bidet itself is fine, however, the picture did not match the actual item. The picture showed a toilet seat with metal hinges and of a better quality than the actual item that I received. In online shopping, the buyer has to rely on the picture as they are not able to view the item that they purchase. The picture of the item was the main factor which made me choose the Pinara toilet bidet over other similar items. I am still disputing this matter with the seller.I would like Amazon to intervene in this matter.
