Not sure of efficacy for glucose levels (on my second order now), but the supplements in general seem to be fine... although cannot attest to quality of ingredients. Have seen mixed reviews on efficacy and ingredients. I’ll give 4 stars for now, as have only used for 2 months. May update later.

ordered this because some co-workers and I were on a 10 day detox to regulate our blood sugar. It had all the supplements we needed. I would recommend this product

The color changed from the first bottle to the next so I am suspicious about the contents. Since I am pre-diabetic, I don't have anything to measure my blood sugar with to see if it's working or not.

I was pre diabetic and very scared I was going to become diabetic. I added this to my daily routine and had my blood glucose drawn a month later. My glucose went from 112 (danger zone) to 92 (perfect!). Not sure this is the answer, but it is helping me maintain a healthy glucose level!

I really feel that this product has got my sugar under control. I can go lengths of time without feeling week or like I'm starving between meals

So far so good. I’ve noticed my blood sugar is lower and my blood pressure is too. I am not scheduled to visit my doctor until May. I will see if my ALC will be lower. There is not doubt that these pills are keeping the blood sugar down.

It just plain works
