This chain saw is amazing!!To be so small it amazes me!I bought it for myself but my husband loves it just as much as I do!It definitely gets the job done and can be carried anywhere. Small, compact amd powerful! Love the extra battery as well.

I really like this saw. I'm 65F and have been amazed at how easy it is to use. I've bonked myself on the head with a few falling branches because I've gotten a little over-confident at times. I watched several customer videos before buying to get an idea of how far I could go with it. It's not made for cutting down big trees, but it's great for what it is and not too heavy for an old woman to trim unruly branches and cut down small weed trees.

I used this out of the box for limbing down a medium dead 6 inch tree. Great and handy, lightweight and gets the job done well. At first the knob that holds the chain on kept coming loose and but I put everything together again and tightened tension better. I think I may try a lock washer there if it continues to be a problem. Great deal with bag and TWO batteries. Great run time, good charging time also. First chain lasted months before I swapped it.

Great little chainsaw. Works really well for what I needed. Battery life seems really good. Very happy with this purchase. Good value. Love having 2 batteries.

Great for the small branches that need to be gone.

Where can I start, high quality, east to use, in other words, it gets the job done, and very safe to use , and it comes with extra parts, and PPE's for the job !

Am a lady just what I was looking for GREAT for little projects , to cut down little trees around yard, love it just the right size, for a lady to handle, GREAT PRICE, after use store n bad it came with,easy to clean! Not very heavy!

I did a lot of due diligence looking for a hand-held electric chainsaw that was light, durable, safe enough, and worked. I watched videos, looked at websites, and read reviews. I own a gas-powered Stihl chainsaw as well as an electric Stihl. For my home activities, I rarely use the gas-powered chainsaw anymore. This little saw fills a niche in the garden/backyard that a larger chainsaw doesn't do as easily.This mini chainsaw comes with two chains, two batteries, and is ready to go out of the box. One must oil the bar by hand, a requirement that is a bit off-putting for someone used to an automatic oiler. But it works.It cut three-inch branches with no problem. It is not as smooth-cutting as a higher-priced chainsaw and I expect the chains may not last as long.It has safety features that I think are adequate to allow a relatively inexperienced person to use it safely. My wife has no experience with a larger chainsaw but needs a pruning tool that can go beyond the usual small twigs and branches. This saw has a button one must push before activating the trigger. It has a guard on the top of the chain to prevent someone from using it incorrectly and experiencing "kickback".I strongly recommend that anyone who purchases this item REMOVE the battery when not using it. It is still possible for a young hand to get the thing to run just by holding the button and pushing the trigger. This is a very small but dangerous object and one must respect it as such. Otherwise, it is a very handy item that adds to your home/garden tools without requiring great expense.Things I do not like include the fact that the chain stops quickly but not instantly as more expensive saws do. This slightly increases the risk to the user who might accidentally brush against a moving saw.The saw does not cut nearly as smoothly as a more expensive one, but it does the job. For the price, it is excellent and I recommend it.Addendum after a few uses:-My wife, reluctant about power tools, is not immediately enthusiastic about this one. Her hand is a bit small for pushing the button and then the trigger. BTW, if you are left handed, be aware the button is set up for right-handed users.-As one can see in the attached photos, the smaller the branch, the more the chain tends to rip or tear as it cuts. This is probably due in part to the vibration a small branch gets from the saw, compared to a larger branch. As one can see, the cut on a 2-3" branch was quite clean. So, for a few small branches, I recommend the use of a clipper.-The chain stretches due to heat as it is being used and soon hangs away from the bar. It needs to be tightened fairly often, especially with a new chain. That is inconvenient. So I recommend you carry a screwdriver with you so you can adjust as needed. Remember to oil the bar.Lastly, it is easier to lose respect for a small power tool, compared to a large noisy gas- powered one. Do not use near anyone else. Avoid holding a branch as you cut it. Be aware the chain is still moving a moment after you let go of the trigger. These warnings are not specific to this particular chainsaw. As a physician, I have seen the results of inadequate respect for small sharp tools.
