When I bought these I had seen all the mixed reviews so wasn't sure if they'd work or not.As someone with an office job and very little spare time the most exercise I do is walking the dog, so to properly see if they work or not I didn't want to change anything about my eating or exercise habits.I've now been taking 2-3 a day for almost two weeks, and while I haven't seen a noticable difference visually I have lost over 3lbs.I am going to buy a bgger pack and carry on taking them- hopefully they'll carry on working!
