*The TSC cutting board was packaged FLAT in a flat box. Not folded. So it is not warped at all. ( besides it’s too thick to fold )*no harsh smell. (If you put your nose up to it ,it smells faintly like a new Barbie doll)* it is a white with grey/ blue undertones. (Still passes for white )*This mat is nice and thick.* it has a good weight to it so it definitely won’t be sliding around.*it is definitely self healing.* the only downside I could see happening is the cut lines might show sometimes because of the light color of the mat. (But it’s double sided so you can flip it if it gets ugly lol )* the measurements are EXACT.SEE PICS.I read a lot of reviews for a lot of the light colored mats out there on the market and they all had problems. So I was worried about quality but this mat exceeded my expectations. And I’m very relieved. Indefinitly recommend this one !

The mat is a very nice product, high quality, but not what I was looking for I should have really looked at it more closely. As a card maker, I was looking for a mat with more measured lines and, if possible, more resistant to inks. Haven't found one yet.Conclusion: for a person that cuts material - it is a very nice mat. I did a test cut with a draw knife and the mat healed very nicely.
