Excellent Replacement
I am a contractor, and often I am wearing a hard hat. Often, however, it’s rolling around in the back of my truck, and at some point the strap broke. I ordered this one, and it’s actually been a good bit. Now, after many hours of use, I can say with confidence that this is a quality replacement product. Popped right in my hat, looks just like the original, and is light and adjusts easily for a comfortable fit. Excellent purchase.

Fits perfectly
Old suspension broke and happy to find a replacement. With the new hard hats coming out i was happy to find this replacement and keep my old hat.

Great harness for some older hard hats.
Same durability as the original harness. The leather sweat band is nicer then plastic ones for comfort. The ratchet system is great for functionality.

Keeps breaking
I have a JSP , this is my 4th replacement, the gray liner part keeps failing-especially in cold weather...drop it just right or simply set it in your trunk or tool box and next day ,it's snapped again....please thicken the liner straps!!
