An excellent brief history of Islam

I would like to make one thing clear- this book is meant for an audience that lack the basic understanding and knowledge of Islamic history. Each event mentioned in this book has enough backstories and major/minor details, enough to fill a seperate vol. They have been left out by the author for the sake of brevity. Remember, history is not Black and white. A grey zone exists.Now on to the review:In the vast landscape of Islamic history, the Muslim mind often resembles an untouched desert, barren of the richness and depth that lies buried beneath its sands, this book is an oasis, condensing 1400 years of Islamic history into a mere 280 pages. It's like trying to fit a camel through the eye of a needle, yet the author manages it with finesse. It's not a disgrace on the author's part; rather, it's a testament to his skill in crafting a concise yet compelling narrative. This book is a treasure trove of lost opportunities, betrayals, victories, sacrifices, and more, all served up in bite-sized portions to keep readers engaged without inducing a historical coma. It's the perfect primer for a generation with attention spans shorter than a khutbah. I'd recommend it to any parent looking to inject some historical zest into their children's religious education.

The book is very important. Every Muslims students and educated must study this book. The page quality and the binding of the book is very standard and high quality. Print quality is also very very fine.

Nicely written, in brief but to the point. From the Prophet Muhammad and also the Islamic golden age and the scientist of the Muslim world. ... etc. I would highly recommend to those who are not familiar to Islam and it's history.
