About the Startup Describe your product in 3 words. Innovative, creative, user-friendly How did you come up with the idea for this product? Our inspiration comes from an American product that was an extruder head of an ordinary 3D printer that was placed inside of a bulky plastic tube, thereafter named a 3D PEN. It gives the user the possibility to fully get involved in 3D printing without any complexities that come with using a 3D printing software. However, the existing device was lacking a name. For this reason, we came up with this groundbreaking idea to make a 3D pen, focused on the design, user experience value, with the external appearance of a regular pen. Inspired by the first competitor product, we have revolutionized the entire 3D printing industry. What makes your product special? Its sophisticated, yet elegant design allows users for easier grip whitout any limitation to movement. What has been the best part of your startup experience? We started of with just an idea, but when we did some research and saw the amazement of the potential users and positive feedback, we were definitely determined to make this idea come true. We worked hard and got lucky to be backed by so many supporters via Kickstarter. This gave us much more desire to work towards perfecting the design and components of LIX. Ultimately, this drive came from all the people that believed in us and we are very grateful to each and every one of them for this. We could have not done it without their support.
