Even my mom asked me to get her one, it’s a hit. It’s very spacious for only two tiers, if you use the garnier micellar water, it perfectly fits the height of the big bottle. I bought the cup separate.

I had to check the measurements carefully, but the dimensions are just what they show in the details because it fits like a glove.
