## Questions & Answers

**Q: My diffuser worked one time/day. Now nothing comes out. Is there a trick to it or do I need to clean it or something?**
A: We have heard of this happening when people put in too much oil or if there oil is a little thicker than most. So, you may want to try cleaning it and adding less oil. Please, email us directly if you have any further problems.

## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars

    Cute, but stopped working

*by T***S on Reviewed in the United States on May 7, 2018*

This car diffusor is adorable and fits perfectly in the car. However, like many other reviewers said, it was working for just a few hours, then it's stopped and I can't get it to start working again. Such a bummer, because it's really perfect for diffusing or humidifying on the go.. wish I had listened to the other reviews before purchasing! Would love to have one that works.

    Perfect for my car

Love having this in my car with my oils. I get a lot of compliments on it.

    did not last

*by M***S on Reviewed in the United States on June 8, 2018*

This was a gift from my kids and it really packed a punch for about 2 weeks, making my usually stinky car smell great. Then it died. Maybe I received a lemon, but I would not buy it again. Back to the hanging air freshener for me:(
