Hmm :) was, No...Am greatly pleased with this product. WOW, looking for something negative to say about this product but nothing comes to mind. We use it and we have a LOT of fun, ‘Nuff said. 5 Star product.

Remote broken twice
The remote came broken on the first one. Lavashop sent a whole new product (Ty!), but that one's remote was broken as well. The fault lies with Svakom's packaging, not Lavashop.
