Works as intended!
Works perfectly with no apparent exhaust leakage. Bought for an old Edgestar portable ac unit whose original exhaust hose had cracked with age and had been shortened to compensate but it no longer reached my window. I had to purchase 5" compatible hose to extend but didn't want to fully extend either hose as I believe that plus exposure to years of heat caused the plastic to fail. The connector is working better than duct tape!

Very Poor quality, not as pictured.
The coupling I received was about half the length of the one pictured. I attached a photo of the coupling I received scaled to the one pictured. The finish was very rough, especially on the inside threaded area. The wall thickness was very thin. The diameter was smaller than the 5" hoses it was supposed to couple. I returned the coupling for a refund and purchased from another from Intulon on Amazon which was the quality and size I expected.

Be sure you get the right size for your hoses. The part is white.
Great! Worked perfectly with the hose I needed to extend my floor air conditioner exhaust. This is an almost impossible to find part but the manufacturer figured out it is a much-needed part and found a way to make it. Looks like it was sculpted with one of the new 3D printers. Great idea!

Portable Air Conditioner (A/C) hose
I needed this part to add the extra 5 ft of hose i bought. I will purchase again as the need arises, and will recommend to my friends also.

Poorly Made/Cheap
Looks nothing like what is pictured. It is about half the length, and made out of some flimsy composite material. It is a little smaller than the 5 in diameter, and had a very rough finish (turns out that it is 3D printed). I had to damage the ends of the hoses to make them fit.
