Good product and it lasts for a while.
I like the fact that it has a great amount of ketones but the flavor is kind of blah. But I do mix it with other supplements and it disguises the flavor. It worked out just fine. Though, for an appetite suppressant it wasn’t helping much towards the end. I think I got immune to it.

Keeps me feeling full
I started with a half scoop so my stomach could adjust to the ketones. Now I take a full scoop every morning and power through until lunch time.
