Does not spin at all, meaning that if you want the charging port to be in front and accessible, the lamp has to be on the right, facing left. The upper arm works fine after some tightening. the lower arm doesn't move at all. Kinda wonder the point of the lower springs, since they don't seem to do anything... Charging port is a big plus. Nothing fancy, but it'll do.

I really like the look of this metal lamp and it's perfectly fine in every way. There is some vertical adjustment possible with the middle joint and the shade, but I failed to notice that this lamp does NOT swivel at the base unfortunately. Otherwise, this lamp looks great on my desk and works like a lamp should work.

it's good , but , the butterfly nut to hold the head of the lamp in the desired position is too weak , I'll keep the lamp and repair it , very good for the price

As previously reviewed, this lamp tends to "slump" to unnatural positions. Be aware, you can tighten the "nuts" on the shaft spindles, but the "Chinesium Alloy" decorative metal covers over the nuts will break off, leaving ugly threaded ends. However, this is better than a sagging lamp. Mfg'er should use standard acorn nuts and include some spacers/washers to take up the slack. Also, the lamp head does not swivel, just moves up/down in one plane. OK for $30, but could be a much better lamp for a couple bux more!Oops, spoke too soon! After this lamp mysteriously turned itself on and off a few times, the switch quit. This is less than a week after purchase, in the trash she goes...

Lamp arrived broken. The wires at the bottom were pulled out so my hubby took the bottom pad off and fixed it. THEN the tilt mechanism at the top as broken. The screw was stripped and we had to replace it otherwise it would only shine straight down. Sucks!! Plus it keeps falling forward because the front is too heavy. WTF?!

I purchased this from Amazon at a great deal. I was in need of a desk lamp for arts and crafts. It does not swivel right or left, that is the only con I can think of. I ended up putting it on a round canned food swivel which works great now. The max wattage for the light bulbs is 50 watts. Fast shipping which was free, item was delivered in perfect condition, works well, highly recommended! Why not get the best from the best, from the A to Z Team!

This is a cheap poorly made, terribly designed piece of junk. Do not waste your money. It falls over if you stretch out the arm to actually do what it is designed to do, the wingnuts stripped immediately when I tried to tighten the lamp so it wouldn't flop down, the springs are too weak to support it if I fix the base to the table, and on. Absolutely worthless piece fo crap.

What a great deal for the price! a little larger in person than I expected, but looks good!

Read the Reviews.Where the light connects to the base is very flimsy. Making lamp adjusts feels like your about to break that connecting point. The upper tilt point is so filmsy that even while tightened the lamp head just points straight down after a couple minutes.Lamp is very tipsy as well. Also, no base rotation ability, very disappointing. So if you want your lamp on the left side of your desk the usb charger gets tucked away against the wall making it pointless.The product does look good but build quality seems poor.
