but not the best I've had
The item arrived fully charged, but once that charge was gone there has been a problem with recharging - it won't hold a charge strong enough to use the item for more than a minute before it cuts out. Clearly a faulty product. Worked OK when it was charged, but not the best I've had.

Dentist advised me to buy this.
Pretty forceful, so hope it will work. Seems to be ok so far but need a bit of practice as your mouth soon fills with water.
