If the valves are well used and near the end of their life there ought to be a significant improvement. The second seems working fine as expected. ### ⭐ Noisy *by M***E on 30 December 2023* Bought to replace a tube that had started to fail in a guitar tube combo as it had become noisy and occasionally had volume drops. Swapped it with one of the other tubes in the amp which confirmed it was only this tube that had issues. Unfortunately this JJ tube was even noisier so had to return it for a refund.
