It is perfect, easy to use
I bought this for my elderly mother who is now resident in a nursing home. It is perfect, easy to use, large numbers and the menu is simple. Mum can leave it charging in its stand and now the family can call her any time to keep in touch and she can call us. 100% happy.

The phone arrived and seemed just what a senior would like but unfortunately the phone appears to be a 2G signal and the pay as you go sim I purchased for it would not work in a 2G phone. It seems that 2G is no longer used and the providers are 3G or 4G. So the £10 spent on the sim card is useless. The provider was 3mobile.

Good for all
Bought this for an elderly relative and it works very well. Buttons are the right size and the volume works well too. Quite easy to hold even though we are used to a heavier phone.
