Waste of time, very small in size and therefore very uncomfortable

This product is to small for me the size is 4 xl made for a Chinese person not a 6ft 5inch Irish man and the small one is to small for a Irish lady made for a Chinese lady the product is no good for my partner and me sorry about that.

Only wore it once for the 1st time today. Helped eased the back pain which is amazing. I just don’t know how the arm straps work
