For the same price, you can get a GPS that doesn't need you to go out and buy extra items (like the T-Flash card which is cheapest $10). Even after getting the TF, I went to the website to get the maps downloaded and it was such a hassle, and wouldn't download right. So, trying to work around that issue, I called the number on the site... Disconnected. After wasting my time with going out and getting more things, looking up how to set it up, attempting to set it up, trying to get customer service; I'm just fed up with it. It's being returned today. Going to buy a different one with a brand well known and better supports.

Very difficult to use, would not buy again.

I brought this gps for my Husband and he has been complaining about it every since. When he came home from work Friday he informed me that it has quit working he hasn't had it a full year yet,so back to the best garmin.

The location wan't accurate enough. It told me to turn too early. It also couldn't properly locate my address. My street is about 7 years old. Other, older,streets were fine. I don't want somehting i can't rely on. And although it came with a manual for working the device it didn't come with a instructions how to assemble the holder... One of the pieces it came with, i think to block out outside light, was for a smaller model and didn't fit.(I would have kept it anyway if it would have been more accurate.)

It's easily to assemble and attached to your windshield. It gives voice instructions step by step in taking proper routes to reach your destination. That's enough! I love this navigation product. I would definitely recommend this products to friends.

1. This thing will store only 8 addresses. It does not indicate that the memory for address storage is full.2. I tested it in an area I am familiar with. It continually tried to direct me to dead end streets, or the wrong direction. Annoying,3.Takes along time to recharge battery.4. User manual is incomplete. Poor English.I'll purchase a different brand next time.

Unfortunately this device stopped working on the second day that I tried to use it. With that stated the customer was very good with the return.

It looked like a nice GPS, but it would not find a satellite, so returned it. The seller was courteous and I would have no problem purchasing from TSWA again in the future! 2 stars for this GPS and 5 stars for TSWA.
