If you're reading this you're going to save yourself some grief. Thought this was similar to another product on Amazon but a bit less expensive, should have gone with quality over quantity. Cramps, nausea, etc; a day of work lost. Went back to read other reviews and noticed they were from customers who hadn't purchased the product. If this were Mythbusters I'd say these guys are "busted".

I have a hip problem... Two years ago I could hardly walk without shooting pain through my hip and down to my knee... I was turned on to this supplement and cannot recommend it any stronger... I take two capsules in the morning and two at night... I can walk with hardly a limp and the limp is to avoid having my hip separate... I will get hip surgery, but this supplement allowed me to get two more years out of my hip...
