Forever for Now

I discovered LP a few months ago, purely by accident after looking at youtube. I so liked Lost on You I got the CD and loved it. So I ordered this with some trepidation as so often, you buy an album by an artist and the second CD doesn't live up to the first one. I'm so glad that on this occasion I'm wrong! As soon as I heard the first few tracks on this, I loved it immediately. The production is beautiful. The sounds of LP's voice is just incredible, the songwriting and the whistling, I just love.

I am having the time of my life catching up on this fabulous woman's CD's I do wish I had heard her years ago, but I am making up for lost time by buying all her older CD's and I love them all,just brilliant, each song is sung with passion and totally original,I love her she is so good and refreshingly different.

I haven't long discovered LP but have been devouring anything I can find with her singing and performing. Can't get enough of her wonderful talent and personality. LOve, love, love.....have 't felt like this after discovering a new artist for a long time!

The voice out of this world. Talented, exciting, refreshing... something that was absolutely needed in the sea of bloodless, uninspiring music, and boring new musicians where most of them just copy/paste each other or just grab from the past, repack and sell like new. LP - LP&P Long play and prosper ;)

So glad that I was browsing online, for modern female solo artists and stumbled on LP. What a great singer. I like all her songs because she puts all her sole into producing good music , that is different, catchy and has you wanting to listen to more of her songs. Forever and now is a great album.

I saw here for the first time on the Jools Holland show & I thought she was great. I ordered this + another of her CDs & they are just great. Worth playing them loud!

I saw LP at Hard Rock Calling at Hyde Park a few years ago, whilst awaiting Guillemots. I'd never heard of them and feel ever so lucky to have had the pleasure of seeing them preform, it's taken me a while but I finally got round to getting an amazing album. It never leaves the car.

Undoubtedly one of the best artists to come along in a long time and after seeing LP live last night, I have been blown away by her talent. Hard to categorize into a musical genre but so easy to listen to over and over again. Every song is unique and special. A very talented musician with hopefully a very long career.
