Yes these may not be as good as Dremel brand sanding drums, but at my local hardware the dremel brand cost roughly .75 cents each where as this product is .5 cents each. A couple did shred on a big project, but you can't beat the price. They come with 2 application tools for each size drum. I suspect to fit either a Dremel or other tool which I think is a great idea.
