I bought this to use for my grandmother. She wakes up in the middle of the night and can't breathe. I had to call the ambulance for her several times. I purchased this so I would know if she was having problems breathing before it got to the point that emergency services would have to be contacted. I like that it is eco friendly where it goes blank until movement or sound changes. The night vision is great on this and I love that I can talk with my granny from the other end of the house.

I really like this monitor. It’s sleek, lightweight and works with within the acceptable range. I bought this for my daughter with epilepsy, since she has night seizures and I feel much better watching her and being able to speak directly into the monitor without leaving my bedroom.Highly recommended

We purchased this right before our son was born in August 2018. About six months later I contacted Total Connection because the parent monitor stopped charging (we were without a monitor for days!). After a couple of weeks I contacted them again. They apologized and sent us a new monitor, which was great! But here we are another 6 months later and the parent monitor battery won't charge again. I thought we were getting a reasonable deal (we had to buy SO much stuff before he came!) but honestly would not recommend this product or buy it again. The reception is not great and it cannot receive from far distances (our home is only 1600 sq ft and it can't reach everywhere without disconnecting from time to time). Very disappointed that we have to purchase a new one.

Works amazingly well..super quick set-up, clear picture even the night vision is clear. Love that it has an intercom..my grand baby had her leg hiked up on the side of the crib—was able to verbalize while i was on the way to her room!! (Scary) the display has a temp gauge and also plays music All in all this is a great monitor at a fair price. Wish I had this when she was a newborn vs. the standard sound only monitor. Strong signal that has its own dedicated connection. No WiFi or anything I have a 3000 ft two story and I haven’t been “out of range” yet...even when I’m outside in the yard..I can see/hear clearly. Yes!!—recommend this monitor!!

I bought this product because it was the cheapest monitor that still had the features I needed for my special needs son. My biggest complaint is that it is so light weight that it will not stand up on the table because the cord is too heavy and pulls it over. It will not stay up with the stand at all. I lay it propped in my bedside drawer. It is also very small. I should have read the description more carefully. The buttons are okay and somewhat easy navigate but are not super intuitive. If the wi-fi decides to be sporadic then the monitor will start beeping in the middle of the night and there is no quick way to make it stop. Just have to move the unit around until it finds the wi-fi again. I would definitely not recommend this product. Maybe spend a bit more money and get a better quality product.

Worked for about 10 months. The battery completely died and wouldn’t hold a charge after about 10 months. We were able to replace the battery, but it’s never worked the same. The power button got stuck once and wouldn’t turn off. We opened it up and were able to get it unstuck, then a few weeks later it got stuck again and we had to remove the plastic piece of the power button in order to turn it on.For what we paid the product has been fine, but I wish I’d spent a little more money to get a bigger, higher quality, screen. Plus those might’ve lasted longer with less headaches.

Nothing wrong with this product! So glad we found the perfect one. We live in an area with poor wifi, so we needed a monitor that didn't rely on it. Perfect sound, no lag what-so-ever, and clear color picture, and black and white picture. Would definitely recommend.

I spent a fortune on Monitor’s - this was my 3rd monitor in 2 yrs. I used this for 4 months and I recently ordered a 2nd for grandmas house. The quality and even combined the price beat other well known and expensive brands.
