Easy quick solution.
Couldn't be easier to fit. Lowered the temp of my pi 3 by about 10 degrees even when overclocked. No more throttling... yey! Would no doubt be even better with a small fan added. But I wanted it silent. Still not running as cool as my aged pi 2 but it has helped somewhat.

Purchased this set of 3 Raspberry Pi Heatsinks solely for the copper Ram sink; used in conjunction with a Flirc case
I've not used the green CPU heatsink, but did use the smaller silver unit and the copper ram heatsink (which is low-profile enough to work in conjunction with a Flirc aluminium case for extreme passive cooling).Supplied with in-built thermal compound tape which appears to provide the necessary adhesion.In testing thus far, used in combination with the Flirc, a Pi 3, overclocked, running MPrime on all four cores is stable at 74 degrees centigrade (rather than throttling back to below 900mhz withing a couple of minutes without the heatsinks and case.
